Orders are processed only on:

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Excluding public holidays and national holidays

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

For most locations across India, the estimated delivery time is:

3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Extended Delivery Areas

For certain regions, delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to logistics reach and operational factors.

This includes:

  • Northeast India

  • Jammu & Kashmir

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas across India

Estimated delivery time for these locations:

5 to 7 business days

Delivery Delays

Damaged Package During Transit

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • do not accept the package if severely damaged

  • record an unboxing video if accepted

  • report the issue within 48 hours to our support team

This helps us investigate and process exchange requests faster.

Undelivered & Returned Orders

Orders may be returned back to us due to:

  • failed delivery attempts

  • incorrect shipping details

  • customer refusal

In such cases:

  • re-dispatch may be arranged upon request

  • additional shipping charges may apply

We currently ship across India (Pan India).
