No Refund Policy

Shades & Sky follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Preference for a different color, style, or design

  • Delay in delivery due to logistics partners

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

All purchases are considered final.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • A wrong product has been delivered

Exchange requests must meet the conditions mentioned below.

Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email shadesandsky@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Our team will review and verify the request

Requests made after 48 hours may not be considered.


Conditions for Exchange Approval

For an exchange to be approved:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be unworn and undamaged

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Tags and accessories must be included

  • Proof of damage must be provided

We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Product used after delivery

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Personal preference change

  • Size or fit preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Missing original packaging

Exchange Process

If approved:

  1. Our support team will confirm the exchange

  2. Pickup or return instructions will be shared

  3. Replacement product will be shipped after verification

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of similar value may be offered.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back if reverse pickup is not available

  • Reshipping timelines depend on logistics partners and availability

Rejection of Exchange Requests

Shades & Sky reserves the right to reject exchange requests if:

  • request is incomplete

  • product appears used

  • damage cannot be verified

  • request is reported late

Our decision in such cases will be final.
